Jorvalia helps you organize and optimize plant care records using structured plant archives, care reminders, and customizable plant cards. You can input plant images and details (e.g., watering frequency, fertilization schedules, and personal notes), manage your plant library, and share plant cards with friends.

We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information we collect automatically, and (c) information we receive when you contact support.
2.1 Account and Profile Information (You Provide)

2.2 Content and Records (You Provide)
- Plant photos/images you add to your plant archive
- Plant details you enter (e.g., watering schedules, fertilization schedules, care notes)
- Any other content you choose to submit through the Service
2.3 Customer Support Content (You Provide)

- Information you provide in bug reports or feedback
2.4 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information (e.g., device model, OS version, language settings, app version)

- By default, photos you add are stored locally on your device.
- If you choose to use features that require server-side processing (for example, generating a shareable plant card from an uploaded image), the uploaded image and any related text are used only to perform that requested processing and are deleted immediately after processing is completed, unless you choose to save the output.
- We do not use your photos or content to train advertising systems or for marketing.
- We do not use your content to train third-party models or share it with third parties.
5) How We Use Information (Purposes)
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the Service (including account creation, sign-in, syncing if enabled, and core app functionality)
- Personalize the Service (such as preferences and reminders you configure)
- Improve the Service (including debugging, analytics, performance, and new features)
- Keep the Service safe and secure (fraud prevention, abuse detection, access control)
- Provide customer support and communicate with you (e.g., respond to requests)

6.3 For Legal Requirements

We do not share your uploaded images or text with third parties for advertising, marketing, or model training.
